Mike, you will forever be in our hearts. Your passion and wisdom stood out above all others. Though we met but a few years back, it felt like so much longer. You have passed on much too soon. We had so much more to learn from you about not only about anaesthesia and evidence based medicine, but also the important things in life, good food, good wine and good company. You are sorely missed but may you rest in peace.
