Mike, you will be sadly missed by all whose lives you have touched. You were truly a pioneer and father of Hyperbaric Medicine and your contribution has established the discipline on a solid foundation. Your influence has been enormous across the globe. Most of all you have been a true friend, colleague, teacher, mentor, who always approached life with enthusiasm, energy and humour. Your work ethic was unquestionable, and your standards always first class. Our world has been richer for your existence. We share the devastating loss of your death and have Sue close to our hearts in this sad time. A job well done mate, but you've left us too soon.
