Mike taught me the true meanings of wisdom, humility, and generosity in a man. He always made time, was incredibly patient, tolerant of all our foibles, yet lived life so passionately. He stood up for his values more than any I know. His energy and commitment to everything he did was evident to all. Mike’s mentorship and friendship meant an enormous amount to me over more than 20 years. I am relieved I had the opportunity to tell him this, multiple times. Though I will miss him enormously, I am confident his legacy will live on in so many. My thoughts go out to Sue and the family.
