I'm sadden to read Prof Michael Bennett has died, I worked with Michael in operating theatre's at Paddington RHW, when he was a registrar. I remember him being very humorous , did take him self too seriously, and the other nursing staff enjoyed working with him, which in it self a very good insight to this lovely humanbeing . I remember he and Yan running the Hyberbriac unit at POW. It's not everyday that one encounters such as wonderful person , highly educated , but always was able to communicate to ALL . My respects to his family Mary McDermott retired RN November 2023.
